Cisco Certified Security Professional Certification

This is an advanced level credential in security. The CCSP addresses the requirement to obtain hands-on knowledge on safety Cisco credential. This certification advances knowledge of system safety. Through multitasking of skills in CCSP, system communications are protected that include output and lowered expenses. This certification program focuses on Security Device Manager (ASDM), secure VPN management, PIX firewall, Adaptive Security Appliance (ASA), Intrusion Prevention Systems (IPS), Cisco Security Agent (CSA), and various methods to combine them and output an efficient safety mechanism. For a CCSP credential to remain authentic, only CCNA credential is enough.

To pass a CCSP exam, five exams are to be taken out of which four are compulsory and and one elective from a list of four exams.

• 642-513 HIPS - Securing Hosts Using Cisco Security Agent
• 642-591 CANAC - Implementing Cisco NAC Appliance
• 642-532 IPS - Implementing Cisco Intrusion Prevention System
• 642-552 SND - Securing Cisco Network Devices (SND)
• 642-522 SNPA - Securing Networks with PIX and ASA
• 642-513 HIPS - Securing Hosts Using Cisco Security Agent
