What types of CertPaper Products are being offered?
CertPaper Products are for your certification and exam training. Currently, we have two categories into which the CertPaper Products fall, and they are:

• Questions and Answers
• Questions and Answers with explanations

Questions and Answers (Q&A) are primarily solved keys to the questions that have been appearing over the past few years in the actual exams, and guarantee your success at the exam.
Questions and Answers with explanations in addition contain comprehensive explanations of correct answers.

In what format can I have Questions and Answers Products?
Q&A product is a Windows desktop application. You download it from our website and install on you PC.

Which Testing Engines are being utilized by CertPaper?
We are running Interactive Testing Engine at present.
Interactive Testing Engine is an engine that can be downloaded and installed on your PC. This engine is not only advanced and equipped with much more features, it is also not internet dependent, once installed. It enables you to see questions and answers in a simulated exam environment. Working with Interactive Testing Engine is like passing an actual exam.

How exactly can your Questions and Answers with explanations be used?
Our Questions and Answers Products basically comprise of the simulated exam questions AND their most correct answers, accompanied with a methodical elucidation of the answers and the probable wrong answers. The extent to which our Questions and Answers Products cover their subject is so thorough, that once you are done with a product, passing the exam in first attempt should be a piece of cake. Are all of the answers in the Questions and Answers Products provided with explanations?
As of now, not all. Although most of the answers have been provided with explanations, including all the popular and recurring questions, some still don't have clarifications. Our experts are working diligently on preparing the explanations, giving priority to the most important and recurring exams and certifications.

How would I know if the product I am interested in buying, has explanations or not?
The exam or certification you are interested in will have a 'Product' page. The page will state clearly, if the product is "Questions and Answers" only, or "Questions and Answers with Explanations". Based on this information, you can make your decision. Examples are: Microsoft 70-270 Q&A with explanations, CompTIA 220-601 Q&A.

Is it possible to prepare from CertPaper Questions and Answers only and pass the exam?
Yes, you can do that.

Do I need to have special systems prerequisite in order to run the CertPaper products?
Yes, you will need to have the following requirements in order to install/use the products on your PC:

1. A Windows Operating System
2. The permission to install a program in the Windows
3. Internet Access
4. Java Runtime Environment (JRE)

At the moment Mac and Linux compatible Products are being designed and will be available in near future.

Updates

I've just purchased Q&A product. How long will it be active?
Q&A products are active within 90 days since the date of purchase.

Can I have the updates free of cost?
Of course. That is the highlight of your purchase. When you buy any product from Certpaper, "Questions & Answers" or "Questions & Answers with explanations", you are automatically offered the updates for a total of 90 days from the day you bought it. If you choose to renew your purchase during the period of these 90 days, your product is renewed and you are further enabled to enjoy the free updates. In case you do not renew, your product will expire and since it will be removed from your Member's Area, there will be no updates either.

Don't you have any Product, that comes with more than 90 days of free updates and a longer expiry period?
If you make a special request, you can purchase the 6-months or 1-year bundles. We are also introducing a licensing program that is targeted towards our high volume users and our long term clients. For more information on Products with extended period of expiry and the licensing program, you can make enquiries at sales@certpaper.com.

What if the product I had purchased has expired but I want to extend it?
You can repurchase (renew) those expired products from your Member's Area for a special 50% discount. After the product was renewed it will be active for next 90 days including free updates.

What is the frequency of the Products' updates?
Since the Certification vendors are prone to changing the skills that are being tested in these exams, we simultaneously review and update our products so as to update with the current exams' trends.

How can I find out if the product I have purchased has been updated?
There are quite a few ways of finding that out:

1. From the New Releases on www.certpaper.com
   The New Releases section on our home page has all the rapid updates stated there.
2. From the product's page
   You can check the date of latest release in order to confirm the status of your product.
3. From the Member's area
   From the member's area, you can find out about the status of your purchased product in the download page.
4. From the newsletter
   Registered CertPaper Customers receive a Newsletter fortnightly, that has information on all the latest updates.
5. By using the product
   As soon as you will start using the product, the updates will proceed to download automatically.

As a precautionary measure, in case you don't notice any of these, it is best to check for an update at least 4-5 days before the actual exam.

How can I update my product?
Start using the product and it will update automatically.

Although I have noticed an update and downloaded it too, but my PC is still running the old version. What am I supposed to do?
This is probably just a cache issue. You can try the following:

1. Restart the web browser you are using.
   - If this does not work then
2. Restart the system
   - If this does not work either,
3. Clear the local web cache by opening Internet Explorer, go to Tools, then Internet Options, check the "Delete files" tab, apply and close.

I cannot find the "buy 5 products and get one for free product"?
They are not stated anywhere. You are being offered a special package where you can purchase any 5 of our products in a single purchase and have a free exam of your choice. To make your choice, you need to mail the receipt of your purchase with your E-mail and the free exam that you have selected to support@certpaper.com. This free program will then be added to the list of your purchased products on your Member's Area from where you can download it.

Samples

Although I m interested in some of the products, I would want to try them before I actually purchase them. Is that possible?
Yes it is. You can try out the samples of our Practice exams from the Samples page. At present from all the certifications that we cover, you can find samples of two exams each. If you want to try more, you can always send your requests at feedback@certpaper.com and mention the sample you are interested in.

Apart from the samples provided, I would like to have a look at more samples of a certain CertPaper Product. Can that be arranged?
Yes of course. You can have samples to any of our products. All you need to do is to email the sample request to feedback@certpaper.com and without any delay you will be sent a sample so that you can try it.

Quality

Can you comment on the quality of the CertPaper Products?
All the CertPaper products cover 97% of the exams and have an accuracy of 97%.

How come CertPaper Products achieve and maintain this quality and standard?
At CertPaper, we have professional experts that comprise of MCSEs, MCDBAs, MCTs, CCNPs, CCIEs and more. They are the ones who authenticate the answers and then provide the explanations, removing any doubts or uncertainties about that answer, increasing its accuracy.
