How do I proceed with the payments?
At the moment you have four options to choose from, to make the payments for the Certpaper products that you have chosen.
- With a credit card:
This is the most common method used to pay for the products, and the fastest too. As soon as the payment is deducted from your credit card, the product is available for download in the Member's Area. Please note that PayPal.com payment processor is used for credit card payments.
- PayPal
You can use the shopping cart provided on the website to make a payment via PayPal. It works like a credit card payment, where you click on the "Pay Now with PayPal" tab and are taken to the PayPal website automatically, where you make the payment, and you are then automatically redirected back to www.certpaper.com. Between 1 to 3 minutes, you can download your purchased product from the Member's Area.
- Western Union
From www.westernunion.com, please locate the office nearest to you to make a payment. The procedure is clean, quick and the product is made available within a few hours of the payment. Please contact support@certpaper.com to get more clear instructions on how to make a payment through Western Union.
- Bank wires
If you are purchasing 5 or more products, you can make a payment through bank wire but since it will take somewhere around 2 to 7 days for the payment to come through, the products will be available only then. You can contact support@certpaper.com to get the direct instructions for making a bank wire payment.
Are there any specific credit cards favored by CertPaper?
CertPaper accepts all the major credit cards, and they are listed below.

Does my credit card information remain safe and protected on your website?
Yes. Our processor PayPal takes care of everything, from the personal information on your card, to fraud checks and approval of the charge, it does the entire processing in a secure interface. None of your private information is ever disclosed to Certpaper.com. All that both you and we get is an approval or a denial from the PayPal, once you enter the details of your card.
I am really not sure if I should be buying this or anything online. How do I know that your website is secure enough?
Keeping our customer's classified information confidential and secure is our topmost priority and a matter of crucial significance for us. This is the reason why we don't use a local processor but a trustworthy third party vendor for all the credit card processing. The entire processing of your credit card information occurs on a secure network (data transmission is done over secure SSL protocol) and no one from the CertPaper ever gets to see any of your classified information, and similarly, none of the information that you have entered for your credit card payment on our website in confidence is stored anywhere on our server.
Will any of the information that I have entered on your website be shared with any third party for any reason?
Not at all. We too loathe spamming and spam mails, and furthermore, we respect and protect your privacy online. In case you enter your email for updates or email us for any query, you will only receive an email from us, and no one else. Even that can be cancelled if you don't want to receive any of our emails. All that you need to do is to opt out of the mailing list, from your Member's Area. We do not pass out any of your information to any outsider, for any reason whatsoever.
How to Purchase
How can I buy a product online?
While you are browsing through the website, you can keep adding the products you are interested in buying to the Shopping Cart that is located at top left of the website, right above the 'Most Popular Vendors' list. Once done with the selection of the products, you can click on the 'Checkout' button of the cart and in the overview you can view all the products that you have selected. It is here that you make your final selection.
On 'Checkout' page you will be asked to enter your credit card information. Once your payment is accepted, the purchased products are made available for download in your Member's Area. If you need to get more detailed instructions, you can always send a message at support@certpaper.com.
I just bought some products online. I can't find them anywhere now?
You can find them in your Member's Area. Open www.certpaper.com in a browser. Please Log in by entering your E-mail and Password into the 'Members Area' login form in top-righh corner. You will be redirected to the "Current Products" page, and from there you will be able to find and download the latest versions of the products you have purchased. You can always use the links in the Member's Area to have instant access to your purchased products.
I want to purchase Certpaper products but I don't have any credit card. How do I go about this?
That is not a problem at all. We accept payments through Bank Wire, Western Union and PayPal. All you need to do is send a word at support@certpaper.com so that we can send you elaborate instructions on purchasing with Bank wire or Western Union.
Is there a record of this transaction? Will I get a receipt?
Yes, once you purchase a product i.e. make a payment, you will promptly receive an email that is an order confirmation for every purchase that acts as your receipt. It is also accessible easily from your Member's Area, should you delete it accidentally from your inbox.
How to access purchased products
I don't understand how to download the product. How do I get more detailed instructions?
All your purchased products are in your Member's Area. Each product is accompanied with its download and activation information. If you are still facing any difficulty, write to us on support@certpaper.com for instant assistance.
Purchase Problems
My Shopping cart does not work. It is not accepting any product? Why is that?
You need to enable cookies in the web browser you are using. Check if your web browser supports cookies, and that cookies are enabled. If you are still experiencing difficulties please contact support@certpaper.com for instant assistance.
There is some problem with my credit card. The system is not accepting it. What do I do now?
You can do one of the following:
- Check and re-enter your credit card and billing information.
- Try another credit card.
- If your card is still not being accepted, email to sales@certpaper.com for further instructions.
I double-checked the credit card information I was entering and the system is still not accepting my card. Now what do I do?
The reason may be any one of the following, if the credit card information entered is completely correct:
- Your credit card company has blocked the purchases.
- Your credit card has been flagged as fraudulent.
- Your credit card has insufficient funds.
You can do the following:
- Contact your credit card issuer to solve the matter.
- Ascertain that your card has enough balance to make the purchase.
- Use another card.
- Use an alternative payment method:
a. Make Payment through Bank Wire
b. Make Payment through Western Union Money Transfer
c. Make Payment through PayPal

I have just bought a product and have already received an order confirmation email as well. I still cant see the purchased product in my Member's Area. Did something go wrong?
Not necessarily. Since we review some orders manually, there might be an unintentional delay. You should be able to see the products in your Member's Area within 12 hours. If it has been more than 12 hours and you still don't have your product, please contact support@certpaper.com.
I have not received a confirmatory email in spite of the fact that the transaction from my credit card proceeded successfully. Why is that?
You can contact support@certpaper.com right away with your Certpaper E-mail and we will review your account as well as the purchase you have made. We will process the activation e-mail manually if there was a glitch in the automated process.
Terms and Conditions
How do I receive the products that I have purchased?
Immediately after your payment being received at CertPaper, your purchase(s) is(are) activated and made available for download from your Member's Area. In case your order is being taken care of manually, there may be an unintentional delay of upto 12 hours until your purchased product is made available for download.
Can I return any of the products that I have purchased from Certpaper?
If after purchasing the product, you have been facing issues in either accessing or using your product, you can directly contact our support team at support@certpaper.com.
If your dilemma still remains unsolved, CertPaper replaces your purchased product with a new product of your choice or credits the amount to the account you had used for the purchase.
However the need for returning never happens as our products and services are delivered electronically.
However once your product's license term expires, you are no longer privy to support for your purchase, or automatic updates. If you let your subscription to CertPaper expire, your license is cancelled automatically without any notice or action from you. You have access to Frequently Asked Questions regarding our products, services and miscellaneous other issues in your Member's Area. You can contact the support team at support@certpaper.com and will have a response within 48 hours by phone or e-mail.
Is there any way I can have a refund?
Yes. Only if we cannot solve a technical issue with your product, we will either:
- Replace your product or service with the same Product or Service, or
- Replace the Product or Service with a new Product or Service of your choice, or
- Credit the account the purchase was made from.

Is there any way I can cancel a purchase?
You can contact sales@certpaper.com for such queries.
How soon can I expect a response to my e-mail(s)?
All of the e-mails have their replies within 48 hours. We typically answer most of them within 24 hours.
Does Certpaper use any Data Protection method?
Yes. All the classified user information, like email addresses, website passwords and Certpaper Product purchase record is stored on our secure servers. Further confidential information like credit card and billing information as well as product purchase history is stored on the third party credit card processor and not accessible to Certpaper.
